Why can I not get my battery out
I can't get my battery out to get to my Sims card why can't I does the battery even come out?

Hi,
According to the user manual the SIM card is inserted into the slot which is on the outside of the phone, down on the bottom left side. Also there is the micro SD Card slot. So there should be two slots, one on top of the other.
