coolwave check the AC power supply and make sure that it supplies the proper voltage as marked on the power supply. If that is okay you will have to take a look at the DC jack. Make sure that it is still properly connected and let us know what you find when you measure the voltage with the AC adapter plugged in, on the DC jack.
