Does Ifixit Product code: IF277-001-1 come with the IC chip connection

I have a 64GB iPad mini 3 with a cracked screen. I don't need the home button and I don't want to do any soldering. I saw a replacement screen on Ifixit (see subject product code) that looks like what I need, but I want to make certain it has IC chip already attached?
