How do I fix my iPhone 4 home key button?

How about searching 10sec. in the the repair guides??

if its just partially not working you can put a drip of "nail color remover" (with alcohol in it) on the home button. Press it down, hold it for 10 seconds and then press it 50 times or so. Then wait 10 mins. Maybe the dirt is gone and it works again. I did it twice like this and its still working fine.

I did search.. i was looking to see if anyone had any ideas on fixing it before buying a $50 fix it set my iphone works great until amonth ago the sahari or whatever its called is constantly talking to me randonly calling and facetimeing ppl and im assumeing its the home button because when holding down the button thats how you turn on the sahari so im pretty sure my home button is stuck i will deff try the nailpolish trick thank you
