What glue to use on plastic frame around screen?

When you refurbish apple LCDs, what kind of glue do you use to re-apply the plastic frame around the glass? I've been using superglue up until now, and it works okay. But sometimes it can make a mess, or it will show through as white spots on the edge of the frame. I want to start doing these the correct way, so what glue should I use?

Also, does anyone have any experience using backlight sealant? I've heard for LOCA repairs, it can save you having to replace the backlight. Does it work that good? Any tips?
