Hello Will, there are a few plastic parts on the regulators and I'm making a guess as to which one you're referring to without more info. If you can provide a bit more of a description or better yet a picture that would be awesome.

If it's the slide I'm thinking of (that fits in the upper arm of the regulator where it attaches to the window channel) you'll need to start by calling your local dealer to see if they have this part available. If not, you would need to scavenge from a spare used part.

Then I believe these slides are held in place by a rivet. If you can get new slides from the dealer the river may come with it. If not, you can consider using a nut and bolt in place of the rivet.

Drilling out the rivet will allow you to remove the old slide and replace it.
