false Pointer position after screen replacement

Today I have replaced the display of my nexus 5. the display itself works well, but touches are now not detected at the right position; each time after locking/unlocking the display the position is different, but only up/downwards, not left/right.

Did I buy a malfunctioning display or did I make a mistake?
