My phone was working fine yesterday. I was on the internet but when I tapped on an app, it would be like that app has stopped. So I cut it off and tried to cut it back on but it would say "BLU" but it wouldn't load on to the home screen. Now I don't know what to do.

It looks like the problem might be within the motherboard. In order to fix this, the motherboard will have to be replaced. Visit the Troubleshooting page and repair guides for additional information.
