Why is my phone display not working
I dropped my phone and now the bottom of the screen is black and I can't see what I'm doing. The screen still works but the display isn't visible.

More than likely the LCD was damaged when dropped. You will probably need to replace the display. Before buying a new display you might want to disassemble the phone enough to be able to check the LCD connection to the logic board. Try reseating the LCD cable in its connection on the logic board just in case it was loosened from being dropped. If this doesn't do anything then you will need to replace the display.
