iPhone won't charge after battery and dock replacement.

My iPhone 5c was having some major battery issues. I ordered a new battery and put it in. It worked fine, until I tried to charge it. My iPhone wouldn't charge or even vibrate. I've tried in the computer, the wall, different cords..I even tried putting in the old battery. It didn't even work when inserting the old battery. (Also my home button wasn't being recognized and my bottom speaker wasn't working.) I figured I had messed up something with the lightning port and that might be the issue. After replacing the dock connector with a new one, the iPhone still doesn't charge (or the home button doesn't work). I really need help with this one!

The reason why you old battery doesn't work is likely because it's dead flat, there is a small chance that the charge port you purchased is faulty as well as your original port but it's unlikely. It's is more likely that the charge IC on the motherboard is busted in some way. The process of replacing, repairing or even diagnosing this is pretty intricate, If you want to look into it further, check out http://gsmforum.com/ as these guys really know their stuff. It would be infinitely easier to just put your original parts back in and take it to apple to get a refurb replacement.
