Just confirming, not interchangeable. The receptors that accept the 2 long prongs that come off the motherboard run horizontally, not vertically so 200cr will not fit in a 200er model and vice versa.
Meer informatieCould have possibly damaged the battery during repair. Also try plugging the phone into a computer and see if you can get any response on your PC, if your pc sees it then the screen is dead or the backlight is gone on the screen or the backlight coil on the motherboard is damaged. Weird problem you are having buddy, hard one to diagnose in afraid.
Meer informatieThe reason why you old battery doesn't work is likely because it's dead flat, there is a small chance that the charge port you purchased is faulty as well as your original port but it's unlikely. It's is more likely that the charge IC on the motherboard is busted in some way. The process of replacing, repairing or even diagnosing this is pretty intricate, If you want to look into it further, check out http://gsmforum.com/ as these guys really know their stuff. It would be infinitely easier to just put your original parts back in and take it to apple to get a refurb replacement.
Meer informatieShould be fine, If you have any doubt you could insulate with some electrical tape to make sure there is no short between the motherboard/housing/underside of screen.
Meer informatieI had the same issue with a customers 1520, after fiddling round with it for a bit I noticed that some of the soldered points on the back of the screen assembly weren't covered like on the original screen. These points are located to the left of the circuitry that shows through the mid frame at the top end. Since vibration worked on the original screen, I insulated those points and hey presto! Vibration returned. Give this a shot.
Meer informatieYou will have to remove the tray inside the drive and realign it. There is a video HERE that explains how to do it, this vid is for a slim console but the phat drives aren't much different.
Meer informatieLikely a laser issue, replacing the laser should fix this, make sure to observe the drive with the lid off (don't get shot in the eyes by the laser, use extreme caution with exposed laser devices). This way you can determine if the laser is faulty or if the drive HUB is the issue (no spin).
Meer informatiee74 specifically being the HANA chip is bs, I have fixed a bunch of E74 consoles just be re-flowing CPU and GPU. HANA chip is more for no display.
Meer informatieYou have to take the console apart, remove the drive and take that apart. Take the tray out and realign. Pay attention to how the mechanism works before you mess with it. To take the tray out you will have to squeeze it from the sides to unhinge it from it's plastic guide rails. When you get to putting it back in, slot one side in first (i slot the side in with the teeth for the gears first) followed by the other side. If you aren't confident, take it to a repair shop. They should be able to fix it for you. THIS is a video of a 360 slim tray realign, the phat consoles are pretty similar. Microsoft support will not help as they don't tell you how to dismantle the console or components.
Meer informatieMost likely your laser will not be dirty, they really don't get much of a chance to get dirty as the drive itself is a pretty contained environment. You will likely need to replace the laser instead.

Yes, you will still need the swap over the PCB. I have no idea why they didn't cover this in the repair tutorial here...
