6 Digitizer replacement
I'm having terrible luck with one of these as we speak.
What is the best way to connect the cable to ensure it's properly seated?

I like to hold the LCD assembly at a 90° angle from the housing (on a table), pull the connector over the top of the frame and put the connector in it's approximate location. Look under the connector as you're lining it up to make sure it's centered. Once you get it in position, lock it in with a spudger or iPod opening tool. Make sure that the LCD flex cable is folded properly so it doesn't get pinched when you lay the screen down. Good luck
