Broken glass on Microsoft Surface
Do you know where I can buy a replacement glass for the Surface ? The glass is cracked but the screen is ok, I can still use it...

Mike Asseraf, "LCD and glass are fused together" from here . This usually means that it is almost impossible to replace one without the other. Check on here for a replacement. Still costly but the only ones I found thus far.

So I have somewhat the same problem. By boyfriend stepped on my tablet cracked the screen but the screen is not functioning :( if I purchase the replacement for the screen and lcd would it fix my problem? Would it work 100% properly? Please answer ASAP I was going to purchase this today.

I'm not sure that you will find in the internet anything. Because the surface is new the only way to find spare parts as the glass you should take your surface where you bought it.

Yes, I know it's hard but I don't have the choice... I live in Israel, bought my Surface in New York... And the only option I have is to pay $300 to Microsoft to have my Surface replaced... But when you live 8000 km from the store it's quite difficult :) So iI must find a way to buy the glass and have my Surface repared in Israel.

Oh my! It's my problem too. If the glass screen is cracked & it is still functioning well, is it possible that the LCD may be affected too? I'm in the Philippines & the gadget is from Australia.. What should I do?? :(

have you found a solution to your problem? I have the same exact problem. My surface pro 4 glass cracked and I need to have it repair but I also live in the Philippines.
I have the same problem! I accidentally dropped it on concrete and it cracked :'(

how i can buy a Surface rt glass ? The glass is braked but the screen is still working , I am still using. i am looking for best way how can i buy it, in U.A.E quite difficult to find Surface parts.
