Wifi Works, but not able to access internet. Why?

I recently bought a camera (like the other one) but i cannot access the internet, it uses a boingo account so im confused on why it wont let me use the internet

what exactly are you trying to do with this camera? How do you try to access the internet? How did you connect your camera?

Well this is a smart camera and it says that I am connected.... then it makes me makes me redo entry codes for the Internet.... lets me connect and crash
