To reset your video out setting's hold power button down for about 30 sec's i think, Might be less. Use this if you cant understand the settings or if you get locked out (locked out meaning PS3 is on HDMI mode and you dont have a HDMI supported TV to use it to switch back to A/V cable mode).

henry roe, there are a few options, but remember that the PS3 is best on an HD TV. You can use the PS3 standard composite RCA cable. Again, it is a low quality, but most TV's do support that. The single end plugs into the AV Multi Out port on the PS3 and the other three jacks plug into Video (Yellow) for the picture and Audio L and R for the sound. If your TV only has Coax, you will need a RF-Modulator. Then reset your PS3 to set your default video settings. All that should be outlined in your Quick reference guide :-)

Hold down the power button until your system beeps twice this should reset your video settings.
