If the device isn’t saving/recording videos:
Faulty memory Card
· If there is an error with the memory card, you will need to fist check if a memory card is slotted in the device and that the battery latch is secure, if not then slot one in. If the problem still persists, you will need to check if the memory space in your card is full. if full you will need to replace it or transfer the data to an external source.
If the camcorder doesn’t turn on it:
If the camcorder doesn’t turn on it, check if the battery pack has been placed inside the camcorder, if not then install a battery into the device. If a battery pack is in place, check to make sure the device is charged or connect it to the A/C power adaptor supplied.
When using the device, ensure that the auto-off feature has been properly set up. this feature automatically turns of the camera after a certain period
When using the camcorder, the temprature must not be used used below 32 degrees fahrenheit. If the operating temp is not the issue, then the battery pack has reached its lifespan and cannot be recharged. if the battery has reached it lifespan, replace
If the camcorder isn’t recording video.
Use the mode button to set the camcorder to movie record mode.If that does not work, the storage on the device may be fully used up and must either be replaced or formatted.
If the camcorder is have issues transferring files to a computer, it may be necessary to install any software provided with the camcorder on you computer. (Video Codec) If this does not work make ensure the USB connector is inserted in the correct direction and the jack plugged into the camcorder tightly.
Check lens for damage or debris affecting picture quality. If the lens is cracked, promptly replace with new lens before attempting to operate.
