Battery Doesn't Charge
Device does not work after being connected to the charging dock for a sufficient amount of time.
Battery Not Properly Connected
Make sure the battery pack is properly connected to the device.

Not Enough Charging Space
Make sure the charging station is at least three (3) feet clear on each side of any obstructions.
Blocked Charging Ports
Clean the charging contact points on the robot, as well as on the charging station.
Faulty Outlet
Connect the charging station to another outlet.
Battery is Dead
Replace the battery if problems persist after changing outlets.

If problems persist after battery replacement, the charging station may need to be replaced.
Does Not Pick Up Dirt/Debris
After covering an area dirt is left in its tracks.
Collection Bin is Full
Remove dirt from collection bin. Refer to Neato Botvac 65 Filter Replacement Guide
Low Battery Charge
Connect the vacuum to the charging station and insert the charging plug into an outlet.
Jammed Brush
Turn vacuum upside down and check for clogging around the brush and remove any obstructive debris. If problems persist or brush is damaged refer to Neato Botvac65 Brush Replacement Guide
Will not Return to Dock
After cleaning for sometime it does not return to the docking station.
Dirty Sensors
Clean the drop sensor windows located on the bottom of the robot. These are the black rectangles near the brush covering.
Going Beyond Boundaries
Traveling past set boundaries
Boundary Markers Not Being Read
Make sure the boundary markers are not hidden.
Tape down the markers to make sure they do not slide, the robot will go over them by about an inch.
