Sediment Build-Up is Preventing Button Response
Residue can build-up over time in the device and cause malfunction. Use a cotton swab with isopropyl alcohol and trace around the joysticks. This will loosen build-up and restore device function.
Logitech G Cloud Needs to be Calibrated
Over time, usage can lead to inaccurate measurements in the device's systems. The device may need to be recalibrated to restore normal function. Calibrating the device will improve joystick accuracy to factory settings.
To recalibrate the Logitech G Cloud, turn the device on and click the Settings icon in the top left corner. From here, press “Controller,” then “Joystick Sensitivity” to return sensitivity to default. Alternatively, press “Joystick Dead Zone Settings” for increased or decreased mobility.
