Dirty Fan
One possibility for a noisy fan can be that it is clogged with dust and lint. You will need to clean it. You can buy a compressed air duster. Spray down the vent to clear any trapped dust in your device.
Over Heating
If you have a clean fan your laptop may be overheating. Signs your laptop is overheating are: random error messages popping up, system freezing, or your laptop shuts down randomly. The proper temperature for your laptop is 50 degrees Celsius or 122 degrees Fahrenheit. To prevent your laptop from overheating, make sure you have your laptop in a cool area, allow more air flow in by elevating your laptop and avoid setting it down on thick surfaces like blankets as this will block the fan. Get a program that will help keep track of your temperature level, and consider spending less time on your laptop.

If the audio is working with the headphones and is not working without the headphones, the laptop speakers may be faulty or the laptop speakers may have been muted or the driver disabled. To check whether the laptop speakers have been muted or the audio driver has been disabled. Search for the sound control tab from the control panel. Right click on the “Speakers”.
