Touchscreen is Frozen

Even after pushing every button over and over, your phone isn't responding.

Charge Phone

An extremely low battery may cause the touchscreen to freeze. Check the battery and connect the phone to the charger for 20 minutes.

Port and Connector

Check the battery port on the phone and the charger connector for dirt and/or damage.

Power Source

Try using a wall-charger, as wall-chargers provide a more powerful charge than a computer/USB charger.

Charging Source

Try connecting to different chargers or outlets to see if the charger is defective.

Defective Battery

If you have tried all of the above, the battery could be defective and will need to be replaced. Refer to our Battery Replacement Guide.
