JBL On Tour Having Problems Connecting

Make sure all cables are fully plugged into the correct ports on both your audio device and the speaker. If using a 3.5mm aux cable, remove it and reinsert it firmly. Try a different cable if the connection still feels loose to rule out a faulty cable.

Check that the speaker is turned on. Ensure that the batteries are installed correctly, using the proper orientation. If the batteries are old or weak, replace them with fresh ones.
