Touchpad is not responding
The touchpad does not respond to touch.

Key combinations sometimes disable the touchpad, Most laptops have an Fn key that combines with the F keys to perform special operations, try pressing the F5 and the Fn key at the same time.
External Mouse Connected

Odd noises coming from the laptop
If your laptop is making weird noises this usually implies that the fan is not working properly. The best way to fix this problem is to dismantle the laptop in order to replace the fan. The guide to dismantling it can be found here.
Screen is Broken
The screen is not working/broken
Crack in the screen
If there is a crack in the screen, this means that the screen protector for the LCDs in the laptop is broken. To fix this, you will have to dismantle the laptop with this procedure here.
Weak Battery
The battery life is shorter than usual
Performance Check
Try unplugging external devices that are not often used, which can consume battery power even outside of usage time. Another way is the calibrate the computer in which this guide can show.
Blue Screen of Death
Outdated App
If you keep encountering the Blue Screen of Death when trying to update your system’s OS, it might be an old application causing it. To fix try uninstalling unnecessary or recently installed applications.
- Open Settings.
- Click on Apps.
- Select on the app and click the Uninstall button.
External Hardware
Make sure all external hardware is disconnected, then try starting your PC. If the start-up is successful then one of the removed hardware is the cause of the Blue Screen of Death.
