Unable to Turn on the Device
if you are unable to turn your device on, there may be several issues causing the problem.
Damaged battery
Connect the device with charging cable:
If the device does turn on, the battery is damaged and must be replaced.
If the device does NOT turn on, the charging port is likely to be damaged and must be replaced.
Damaged display
If you hear the boot up sound, but the device will not turn on, then the display is most likely to be damaged.
Dirty interior
If the device makes a lot of noise, then the interior might be dirty and needs to be cleaned.
Unable to Charge the Device
If you are unable to charge your device, there may be various issues causing the problem.
Damaged charging cables
Test the charging cable & brick with another device. If the new device cannot be charged with the same charging devices, then you'll know that either the cable or brick.
Damaged charging port/battery
If the new device can be charged with the same charging devices, then you'll know that the issue is caused by your device. This could mean either software malfunction, damaged battery, or dirty/damaged charging port.
Slow Performance
If your device is experiencing significant reduction in performance, there may be various issues causing the problem.
Prolonged usage of high intensity applications
Extremely dirty internal of the device
Take the back of the device off and clean the internal by blowing air.
Damaged/malfunctioning battery
If none of the issues above are present, then your battery may need to be placed.
Software malfunction
Restart your device to get rid of any glitches
Update your device's software to latest released version
Unable to Connect to Wifi
If your device is unable to connect to Wifi or any network, there may be various issues causing the problem.
Software malfunction
Update your software to latest available version provided by authentic party
Issues with network setting
Reset your network and Bluetooth setting
Environmental Problems (location, and other interference)
Make sure there are no interference by environmental factors. Environmental factors may be remote location, walls or other physical objects blocking signals.
Damaged/malfunctioning wireless chip/band
If none of the above issues are present, then your wireless chip or band might be damaged
Device Overheating
If your device is overheating, don't worry! This is very common issue for modern devices.
Using low-quality, 3rd party charging devices
Use the PROVIDED charging devices (aka. charging bricks and cables)
Operating the device with high intensity apps for long period of time
Temperature of the environment
DO NOT place the device under direct sunlight
Dirty interior due to extensive use
Clean and maintain the device once in a while!
