Battery Door Falls Off
Your battery door keeps falling off
Clip is Broken
If the place where the battery door hooks onto the camera is broken off, you need to replace the battery door. Remove the door by sliding the clips out of the holes and slide the replacement door back in.
Camera Lens Is Not Focusing
Camera Doesn’t Focus
Not in Auto-Focus Mode
Rotate the lens around and try to get the camera to focus. Try pointing the camera perpendicular to one specific object so it is easier for the camera to focus.
Flash Won’t Pop Up
The flash will not pop up
Flash Not Popping Up
Press the button on top of the camera near the flash to pop up the flash manually. Sometimes the camera does not automatically pop up the flash, but you can pop it up using the button.
Flash Spring Is Broken and Need An Easy Fix
Manually pry up the flash and wrap a rubber band around the flash and the camera until it holds the flash in an upright position.

Card Write Error
Camera says Write Error
The SD card has write protection enabled
Turn the camera off, then open the battery door. Remove the SD card by pushing it in until you hear a click. The card will pop out. Slide the switch on the side of the card from the “lock” position upwards until it does not move any more. Then insert the SD card back into the camera and turn the camera on.
Zoom Toggle
Zoom toggle isn’t working as it is very loose
Zoom Toggle Loose
Get a screwdriver and try tightening the zoom toggle. If you are not able to tighten the zoom toggle, then replace the zoom toggle or replace the camera.

When I try to view the pictures taken the screen it auto matically scrolls through them without stopping and I can not look at them. Almost like a button is stuck but then if I try to change from auto setting to panorama or another setting it starts flipping through them without stopping also.
