The Device Will Not Power On
The device will not respond or show any sign of powering on.
Device Is Not Plugged In
A reason the device may not turn on could be because it is not connected to an adequate power supply. Check the device and make sure it is plugged in to an outlet nearby.
Faulty Power Adapter
If your device is plugged in and the device doesn’t power on, your adapter might be faulty. If the adapter is faulty, consider purchasing a replacement adapter for the device.
Audio Is Distorted
The caller has trouble hearing you/you hearing them.
Device Has Poor Internet Connection
Check the device’s connection to the internet. If it is connected and glitchy, try moving the device closer to a router so that it can have a secure connection and input/output audio at peak performance. This should limit any glitching/ cutoffs in the transmitted audio.
Speaker Is Blocked
If the device is emitting low speaker volumes, check if any dust or debris got into the speaker vent and are blocking sounds from leaving the device. If nothing is blocking the sound from coming out of the device, you might have a faulty speaker.
Microphone Is Faulty
If your outgoing caller has difficulty hearing you, the device’s microphone may be faulty. To bypass this, make sure there is nothing blocking the device’s microphone and that you are talking close to the microphone so that it may pick up your voice. If the caller still has trouble hearing you, your microphone may be faulty and needs to be replaced.

Frozen screen
If the screen displays either the same image or nothing at all and does not respond to any commands, try resetting the device with a button located on the bottom of the device or unplugging the device and restarting it.
The Device Has No Connection
The device is having trouble properly connecting to the internet.
Faulty Ethernet Cord
Make sure that the Ethernet cord is plugged into the appropriate router. If the device still doesn’t get any internet connection the Ethernet may be at fault and should be replaced.
