Air purifier is non-responsive

The air purifier shuts off suddenly on you.

Air Purifier is not plugged in

Make sure the purifier is plugged into a live outlet. If the air purifier is brand new, there shouldn’t be power issues though there can be a shortage in cords, in that case, move to a space with live electricity.

Air purifier filter unit is not installed properly.

Please check if the filter is properly installed, improper installation of the filter can cause the device to malfunction. Remove the filter panel and examine filter placement. Adjust placement based on the arrow instruction on sheets to place filters. Place the cover back on and restart.

Air purifier overheating

The device temperature exceeds the normal temperature.

Air purifier filter is clogged

Turn the air purifier off and let it cool down. Then take out and clean the air filters. The filters should be cleaned every few months because dirty filters can get clogged up with dust and debris causing the machine to work harder than needed and overheat.

Air purifier vents are blocked

Make sure the vents are not blocked by anything. Blocked vents cause restricted airflow which forces the fan and motor to work harder; this causes the system to overheat and over time can burn out the motor.

Unusual noise

Loud noises are coming from the air purifier.

Air filters are blocked

The air of the air purifier must pass through the filters to produce air circulation. If the air filters are blocked with dust, dirt, or other forms of blockage, then it will increase the wind resistance and increase the noise. To minimize the noises coming from the air purifier, use a vacuum to suction the debris in the filters rather than using water. If there is an excessive amount, replace the air filter with a new one.

Replace air filters

If there is an excessive amount of debris in the filters, you must replace them. First, turn off the unit, this will prevent air from blowing dust while you perform this procedure. Next, open the vent and remove the used filter. Then, install the new filter and close the vent. Turn it on to test the noise.

Poor airflow

The airflow is not properly coming from the vent.

Check power and airflow

The machine's power button will constantly be lit once plugged in. Then turn the device off if it isn't. Switch on the device and enable it. Then, start all of the lights.

To check the airflow, select the fan speed button. Put your hand out over the device. When the machine is in night mode, the display lights are not visible. To escape night mode, turn on a light switch.

After all, If the fan isn't running but there's still light coming from the device, turn it off and unplug it. Replug the device and turn it on.

Check filter

Turn off, unplug the device, and entirely remove the bottom cap. A counterclockwise spin will unlock it. If the filter is covered by a piece of plastic, take it off and put it back on. Then, turn the bottom cover in the other direction to secure it in place. Power up and connect.

Air purification is not working well

The air purifier is not producing clean air.

Check air filter

Refer to "poor airflow" in the previous step to replace the filter.

Unfiltered air

The poor air purification may be a result of unfiltered air indoors. Before using the purifier, make sure to ventilate the room in which the air purifier will be used. Also, make sure that all windows and doors are shut when the air purifier is in use. Air purifiers have defined room coverage and can result in poor purification.
