Failing to hold charge

The device is failing to hold a charge while plugged in.

Faulty Power Adapter

Verify that the charge light is on and the power adapter is plugged in. when the adapter is plugged in but the light is not on, its possible the adapter is defective or outdated and you may need a replacement adapter.

Too Many Background Programs

If there is an excessive number of background processes active it could drain your battery. Your system can be using high brightness or other cutting-edge features. A surplus of network and online connections may also contribute to this issue.

Audio Failing to Connect

Sound is not coming out of the speakers.

Faulty Driver

If the audio driver is faltering to the point of audio connection being unstable, an installation of a different driver may be needed due to it possibly being either missing, broken, or simply outdated. Be sure to confirm that the driver is the part causing problems and not the surrounding hardware.

Turning Off Right Away

My device turns off immediately after powering on.

Faulty Battery

The battery may not be retaining a charge effectively due to age, damage to the battery charger, or an issue with the DC connector on your laptop. Make sure the battery is suited for your specific device that you are using and that the cables are clean.

Not Powering On

Laptop will not turn on even when its fully charged.

Faulty Power button

If the laptops power button is not turning on, it could be due to disconnected wires or a faulty power bar chip. In such cases, replacing the power button might be necessary. To access the power button, you may need to disassemble the laptop and check for any issues like dirt or loose connections. Repair or replace any damaged parts, then reassemble everything and test the power button.

Freezing/Blue Screen On Death

The screen occasionally freezes and turns blue

CPU Overheating

If the air vents on a laptop are covered, it can cause overheating because the airflow is blocked, preventing proper cooling. It's also possible that the fans might not be running or they could have stopped. If needed, replace the fans inside of your computer.
