Hi, according to the manufacturer it could be due to the camera being dropped OR if it is in a bag then the bag was dropped or crushed. You can check on this more on their website: [http://|http://support.casio.com/answer.php?rgn=...] IF the device has the anti shock/ anti shake feature and the camera was dropped (even if it did not seem to be a bad drop) the sensor for that feature could have been jarred badly enough to cause that message to appear.
First, does it power on? If so then what do you see when it is turned on. You should be able to navigate and use the IPod if it turns on. IF it does not turn on or Power on then try placing the IPod in a bowl of rice. Take dry rice and put it in a bowl, place the IPod on top of the rice, do not bury it (this works for other electronics too that get wet) and leave it there for about one day. This will dry out the IPod or other electronic device. Then try to power it on again. If it still doesn't power on then it may be done.
