Toggle on and back off from preferred wifi connection. If problem persists, toggle on and back off from airplane mode. Wait a few seconds to ensure that all of the radios are powered off before tapping the airplane icon the second time.
1. Try to lock and unlock device (Soft Reset). If problem persists, turn device off, wait a few seconds, then turn back on. If soft reset does not work, see guide for Replacing Home Button. Once device is working again, close all applications and websites that may be too intense for device. 2. Touchscreen is not working. Verify that protective cover, or case, is not interfering with touchscreen sensitivity. Perform a soft reset. Identify if operating system is affecting touchscreen functionality. Verify that there are no cracks on the display. If there are cracks on the display, see guide for Replacing the Display.
