I have this problem as well. I called Bose and they offered to send me a new QC35 for $135, but would not offer any sort of free replacement, which was disappointing. But I guess it’s 2018 now and they probably don’t have any QC25s to replace mine with. I have seen some replacement speakers online, but would like to know the difficulty in replacing them.
When I finished mine I had the same issue, and was very worried that I would have to take it apart again. But I held the power button down for a bit longer than usual, and it eventually turned on. Maybe yours will do the same.
