Great kit and great video. Now obviously thesis NOT an easy repair, but in my case at least it worked well.

As posted in a comment here, I couldn’t get the digitizer to work at first, but it was just a matter of applying more force to get the connector ribbon all the way in.

The screen I replaced was cracked in multiple places and came out in shards (what a nightmare), but with some patience, I got everything out.

I had the same issue. Actually, the connector for the digitizer/screen needs a lot more force than I anticipated to be inserted correctly. The little white lines on the ribbon need to completely disappear.

Once I made sure it was all the way in, it worked just fine for me.
