Hi Jose, There are a number of reasons why your flash might not be working. First, make sure your flash settings are properly enabled when using the camera. If that isn't the problem, make sure the flash connector is properly cleaned so that a good connection can be established. If there is too much dust collected, use a cotton swab to carefully clear it off. Also make sure that your battery is charged; the flash will not fire if the battery is too low. Hi, Geremy. First, check to make sure that your connecting cable is securely plugged in at both ends. If that does not fix the problem, try gently cleaning the ends of the HDMI cable and your camera's HDMI port with a cotton swab. If neither of these solutions are successful, it is possible that your camera needs a new HDMI port.
