I had the same problem. I even sent my phone to the Samsung repair centre twice. They changed the display, but didn't change the battery. In the end I simply took out the memory-card and now my phone is perfectly temperatured the whole time. Also, I realized that the plug of one of my chargers seems to be some kind of broken. I haven't tried to use another memory-card instead, yet. But I'll try before I send it in next time because I broke my display recently ;-)
