Pentalobe P1L from Wiha tools fits perfectly.

A good check that the antenna cables are connected properly, is to gently wiggle the wire. The connector will move back and forth without disconnecting. If you press too hard when reconnecting, the soft brass can become damaged, and you'll need a new antenna bar.

Wiha 1PL worked perfectly. the 2PL was too big.

Nothing beats a properly grounded ESD workstation, and a grounded wrist strap.

ESD safe mat, plugged into ground, with a wrist strap, also grounded, are the best best to protect the logic board.

Wiha tools T3 fit perfectly.

Make sure the 90 degree bend on the cover is towards the hinge when reassembling. It will fit in backwards, but will cause problems.

The T3 screws called out were indeed T3, not T4 on the MacBook Air I replaced the display on.
