Heeft geantwoord op: Is this a modchip?I know this was answered 5 years ago, but the Sega CD 1 unit has no need for a mod chip. If you burn a copy of a Sega CD game on to a blank disc, it will work without a hick-up! The technology was so new and CD burners at the time did not exist that there was no need to implement any copyright protection mechanism on the disc or the console. It's a great way to insure that you preserve your games to last another 25 years. Alright, now let's go and play some "Night Trap"!
Heeft geantwoord op: Faulty CPU/ODD sensors or fans after Dual Drive Kit UpgradeI know this posting is about 8 months old, but I have to respond to mayer's comment. It's my understanding that the drives shipped with the iMac's are not proprietary at all, no custom firmware is installed. It's the cables in which they connect the HDD to the logic board that are custom. That may be a proprietary cable, but Apple is using this method to receive more accurate heat information to control the fans for better performance in reducing heat then the old way by sticking a sensor on the outside of drive. As for a standard in how manufactures make access to the hard drives internal heat sensor is different from company to company. That is why Apple has several different cables depending on which drive is sent out in the iMac. I for one have done the upgrade to a 2 drive setup. When I purchased my iMac it was originally shipped with a Seagate drive that later was issued a recall replacement. After having the new drive installed I just assumed the swap was with an identical drive. Now performing the upg...
Heeft geantwoord op: How can I delete iOS 7 updateWell, I don't know if you want the iOS 7.0 update on your iPhone to go away or you want iTunes to stop telling you that there is an update available for you every time you connect to the computer? Then you might mean that you downloaded iOS 7.0 firmware update and its now installed on iPhone. If that is the case, Apple has stopped signing iOS 6.1.4 and because of that, unless you have an iPhone 4, you are stuck with iOS 7! Unless Apple for some reason or another starts signing iOS 6.1 firmware again like back in July, will never happen again. Since I really don't understand your question, maybe I should ask you as to why you don't want the update anymore, is it to jailbreak your iPhone? It's probably the user interface is too much of a change for you. If you really don't want the update anymore, my only suggestion for you is to try and trade or sell your phone for a iPhone 4S with an older firmware installed. Good luck and I hope that, if by a small chance, something that I wrote can truely help you out then ...
