The problem I’ve had with all my ice machines, yes I’ve had 4, various ones, is that the plastic ice tray that holds the water that makes the ice, always cracks, every single one has cracked and the water leaks out and you get no ice.

This is a problem that needs to be addressed by all these ice makers
