Following routine ChromeOS update today (8 Oct 2024) I closed my Pixelbook Go and re-opened it soon afterwards. Screen was black. Made sure it was fully charged (white LED in either USB-C when connected). Tried various key combinations Esc, Refresh, Ctl-Alt-Sh-R with Power button for wide range of hold-down timings. Prepared Chrome OS Recovery USB and repeated all the same power-up sequences. Nothing. Tried external HDMI screen via USB - HDMI adapter. Totally dead.
Is it repairable? I hate to bin it after 3 years of faultless service.
