Then I held the start/pause button for at least 10 seconds because this made the water begin to drain. Then I released my pressure on it. It didn’t open. Then I pressed the start/pause button again for 3 seconds and click, it unlocked and opened! Either I’m a genius or I got lucky but there you go! I’m excited to provide an answer here.
