Depending on how it "opened up". If the screen separated completely with the watch I suggest you replace the watch completely. But even so if it slightly opened and water entered the system repairing would be of no use Hope it helps

Sadly there is no possible way to clean under the screenpad. you can try using a dry clothe but you might damage the fans.
