Hello Paris If you have not done a recent backup of your iCloud or Device you will not be able to recover the photos. if you have done a recent backup however you can restore from the backup via iTunes I will provide a link below with instructions on how to restore from a backup with iTunes. However unfortunately if you didn't set up any pervious backing up solution either with iTunes or Google,Amazon or other cloud based photo backup service and the photos were stored on the device alone they can no longer be recovered. Hello Nyoom If the iPod is linked with your iCloud account to reset the password first put the device into recovery mode connect it to a computer with itunes with a usb to lighting cable you use for charging the device then power the device off pressing and holding the lock/power button and the home button at the same time untill you see the recovery screen appear. On iTunes on your computer once prompted enter your iCloud information and restore this will erase all data and factory restore your ipod. once the process is complete you can then restore from a backup in the set up menu. Hello Kimberly If the iPad was dropped and showing a blank screen and was replaced and continued to display lines and or a blank screen it maybe damage to the logic board that would require skilled technical board work. However as a technician myself I highly recommend you get a second or even third opinion on this repair from somewhere else. If it still isn't fixable and you would like to get data recovery from the iPad e.g photos, videos or other info that isn't on iCloud and is on the device there are plenty of repair shops that offer data recovery services.

Hello Abrha There is multiple ways to remove your iCloud account (Granted you know your password) If you go to the settings app then to General then scroll down to the bottom until you see Reset. Then select erase all contents and settings after signing out of iCloud your phone will be factory erased and all data gone. If you Don't want to remove all data and just want to remove the iCloud go to the settings app select your iCloud account (the top on the settings) there should be an option the bottom to sign out follow the prompts and you can sign out. If you have another device linked to your iCloud you can use the Find My app to remotely remove the iCloud account by selecting the device on Find My and selecting the erase option. If you have forgotten your Apple iD password you can go to the iForgot.apple website to recovery your account.
