If the water is getting in during other parts of the cycle, would indicate water valve is ok. If equipped , try selecting other cycle modes.. Hot vs Cold , Delicate vs Normal , try to make sure you are getting both Hot and Cold water in. If only one or the other temperature gets in , it is most likely the water valve. The other suspect if both temperatures work, would be the timer, not providing the electronic connections properly. This just general info without knowing your model Make / Model etc.. Good Luck.

When my Iphone isn't recognized when I plug it in to computer, the issue has always been the cord. Specifically the connection contacts. Sometimes cleaning the connections or spraying with an electronic cleaner gets it going. Try using another cord / cords. If that doesn't correct the issue, may have have a internal port issue in the computer which would really suck. Try plugging into a different computer , will help track down the issue to either the computer or IPad or cord.. Good Luck.

Tea Basket not recognized. Flashes Coffee Tea. Slight disassembly of Top showed the wires for the Tea magnet switch located in the top of maker pinched. Over time the wires broken internally. Was able to trace both the Tea and Coffee wires (both Red / Black) from the top of maker to the panel. My permanent solution was to place a toggle rocker switch on top shoulder of the maker body , snip the wires leading to the magnet switches in top of maker, and attach to toggle switch. Rocker toggle switch now used to select either Coffee or Tea. Wife says it should have been made like this .. No more magnet issues now or in the future. We simply love the quality of tea this maker produces. They just got carried away in the design.
