I stripped the right screw and fortunately managed to remove it by removing and twisting the bracket it was held on to.
Try snapping it back into place, making sure you do not break it.
Yes you will, unless you back them up. All your data is stored on that hard drive.
If it doesn’t bother you too much, wait until you need to fix something else(i. e. the battery) and replace the screen with it. If it is a big line, then consider replacing it.

That's your GPU, not the disk drive.
It might have fallen out. Search in the crevasses of the box. If you still cannot find it contact iFixit.
How do I force restart and calibrate the battery at the same time?
