Same problem here. UV bulb isn't blinking, it's just out. Same with the indicator light on top of the filter. I tried replacing the bulb per the instructions, but that didn't work. The light is out, still no blinking or signs of ever getting power. The unit still works, but there is no indicator light to tell when the filter needs replacing. I miss the blue light. It was nice. RIP.
