Under the dashboard next to the instrument panel is a black plastic panel with a slide lock. It’s not very easy to spot because you have to get down low and look up…but it’s there. It’s about one and a half inches wide and several inches long. Pull the slide lock towards the back of the vehicle and then pull the panel down. The slide lock pulls out very easily. It was not easy to spot. I looked and looked and almost gave up when I finally saw it.
