You'll need to buy a replacement hinge to start. Once you have that. You'll need to remove the lens, the few screws and separate the front cover and start unscrewing the back as well. And the carefully separate the two half's without damaging the flex and replace the damaged hinge. Or If needed I can have someone help you do the repair if needed.

Use a plastic prybar to lift up the edges of the screen. You can use a little heat if needed, but it's not necessary. The plastic lens will come off. Then carefully clean the screen and remove the old adhesive. You can use a little alcohol to help you remove some of the old adhesive, and use a plastic pry bar to scrape some of the adhesive away. Be careful not to damage the LCD or PCB board. If you think you might damage them, then you'll want to remove them from the frame. That's more work for you, though, and it's not necessary, so avoid that if possible. Then you can replace the screen with a new screen and adhesive.

The cause of the problem is water damage on the main board. You'll need to take the device to a repair shop for them to test the main board(aka motherboard) to find the exact spot on the board where there's a short circuit. If the phone powers on that can usually be fixed.

I had the same issue, and it seems like there's a short on the main motherboard. Even with my phone turned off, the vibrator went crazy. I had to pull the battery out to stop the vibrating. Although I just removed the vibrator from the phone until I could take it to a shop to diagnose the problem.

Replacing the charging port is the most common solution for the issue you're having. The charging port will need to be soldered on. Since it's a delicate job, either make sure you know what you're doing or find someone that can help you solder it on. This is the part you need. but again needs to be soldered onto the board.
