Unfortunately the display cannot be repaired. Only solution would be to buy a completely new display once the current one becomes unusable.

Usually you cannot get the analog completely centered. It will always drift a bit to some direction. Even the "professional" controllers have it same. If the 0.4 drift doesn't affect gameplay in any way or register as movement, it's completely normal.

It mostly depends on what kind of amount of water are we talking about. If you dropped the phone to a puddle the water may have not gone inside the phone at all. In case you dropped the phone to a lake the phone should be disassembled and dried out part by part.

In case the controller is really dirty the dirt may find it's way under the button cap to the contact points. The dirt between the contact point and the button may intervene the working of the button. The best way to resolve this would be to disassemble the controller and clean the contact points completely. You could try the easy way and just spray some contact cleaner from on top of the controller and hope for the best, but it may just make the situation worse.
