Hi scassidy, It completely depends. You need new membrane, that plastic square above the membrane, and this might not be here,but on some keyboards there's this staple-like clip that holds everything.
Hi Sarah Burkett, Have you opened up the keyboard and checked on the motherboard? It could be water damaged,or straight up cooked itself. Look at every component on the motherboard and check on them.
