Hello there, Without more information all I can really do is guess. A car can overheat for a few different reasons but the main reasons I have seen are the thermostat is stuck/seized or the coolant needs to be replaced because it is dirty for some reason. This can lead into other causes of why the coolant is dirty but those are two things it could potentially be.
Meer informatieHey there, It could be a couple of things: (1) What is the disk formatted as? NTFS, ExFat, etc? (2) On the left side you can right click the disk. From there you should see if it is in MBR or GPT mode. Some newer OS no longer support MBR or master boot record. Changing to GPT may fix it but requires a reformat of the drive. This explains the difference between MBR and GPT: https://www.tutorialspoint.com/differenc...-between-mbr-and-gpt-partition#:~:text=Differences%20between%...-,MBR%20is%20the%20most%20common%20format....
Meer informatieHello, I have used Hiren’s boot CD which is a Windows PE installation that has tools to reset passwords on it. That being said it is now developed by a community, so I am not certain of the safety of it anymore. The last time I used it was 2019. You can easily find an ISO if you Google Hiren’s Boot Disk. It has password reset tools for local accounts on a Windows PC. Hope this helps!
Meer informatieHello! It sounds like you will need to do a complete reinstall of Chrome OS since you don’t have the recovery partition anymore. To do one can follow this guide (scroll past the Powerwash section): https://www.makeuseof.com/tag/reinstall-chrome-os-chromebook/amp/ It does require access to another Chrome book though. Best of luck!
Meer informatieFound the problem: Check Point Endpoint Full Disk Encryption doesn’t allow for a surface to reboot fully with the lid closed. It always stops before it gets to the pre-boot screen. I tested on 2 other Surface Books we have and the result was the same. To fix it: We removed pre-boot and FDE and replaced it with Bitlocker. Reboots just fine now.
Meer informatieHi there, Not certain (based on the information you gave) but I think your back light went out on your TV. You will need to have someone come to repair it. There are also similar questions asked here https://www.ifixit.com/Answers/Device/Vi... so you might find an answer in those questions as well. Good luck!
Meer informatieHello @derick_f1774 What you have is commonly referred to as the Red Light of Death for PS3 consoles. It is caused by the PS3 overheating. I’ve had this issue before as well and there are tons of guides on how to fix it. My best recommendation to you, if you feel comfortable enough to take it apart, would be to simply replace the thermal paste application on the CPU and GPU inside of the console. Clean off the old thermal paste and apply new then test once the console is put back together to see if it works. This is the only thing that has worked for me in the past, I’ve tried putting it in the oven or on the grill, and all the other tricks you can find on the internet. But simply replacing the old thermal paste, re-seating everything, and turning it back on worked for me. Here is an article on how to tear it down. PlayStation 3 Super Slim Teardown In step 13 you will find the relevant information. Hope this helps.
Meer informatieThat seems like a strange issue to occur but one thing you could do is reset it. To reset the controller: (1) Turn off and unplug your PS4. (2) Locate the small reset button on the back of the controller near the L2 shoulder button. (3) Use a small tool to push the button inside the tiny hole. Hold the button down for roughly 3-5 seconds. (4) Connect the controller to the PS4 using a USB cable and press the PS button. (5) If the light bar turns blue, the controller has paired. The small tool you can use is a SIM card tool, a paperclip, or sometimes even a ball point pen works. Image for reset button:
Meer informatieHello They do make versions of this Chromebook that have M.2 drives in them. But they also make versions that have it soldered to the board. The easiest way to find out which one you have is to take it apart. See this video about replacing the M.2 if you have one: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9WVFoDBI... Here is a video on full disassembling: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0jTZAR3L...
