It worked!! I can't believe it!! I uninstalled a 3rd party app that actually came already installed on my phone brand new and now the sound finally comes through my headphones. Thank you so much for the tip!! I can't lie, I was very doubtful but it really worked!! (The app was “Audible" if anyone is curious)
