When you have the hood up, I believe it should be on the left hand side in the the transmission above transmission fluid pan. This all being said you should be able to Google search your exact make and model car and what part your looking for and then pull up a.video that will show you the location and the process for changing the sensor!
The answer could be several things. As much more info on exact situation driving conditions when this started, were there any strange noises, was it an all of a sudden thing or start speratically or all at once?
First after trying to start it remove one or two of the spark plugs and see if the tips are wet with fuel, if they aren't it's most likely one of four things either fuel pump has quit, fuel filter is stopped up, blown a fuse or the collision switch is tripped or bad. First tho you need to pull a couple spark plugs and see if it's a fuel or spark problem. Then get back to me!
Get on the internet and download a copy of the operating system to a USB flash them plug that in before turning power on and see if you get the option to boot from USB. There can be nothing else on the flash when you try it. Also you could try Google searching how to access your exact laptops BIOS and fix it from there.
Mine was charging slow and to remedy the problem I have to find a wall adaptor with at least 2 amp output and replace the cable from the charging block to the phone.
